Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data handling.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• Minimum 1 year experience with root cause analysis and proactive problem solving.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to changing business needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of IT architecture relating to call centers and recording solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor operations to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits, review data, investigate concerns, and propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective actions.
• Analyze trends, prepare leadership reports, and support process controls.
• Manage work through tickets, SLA compliance, and timely updates.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and system implementations.
