Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to monitor operations for regulatory adherence and quality standards. You will conduct audits, analyze data, and support SOP development while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and communication are essential to manage tickets and lead process improvement efforts. You will engage with leadership, manage multiple priorities, and help align processes with internal controls and external requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with required computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask questions, analyze data, identify and solve problems urgently.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience in adapting priorities to changing business requirements and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand IT architecture related to phone switches and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM, Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and procedures.
• Audit operations data and documentation; investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations.
• Assist with SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans to mitigate compliance risks.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics; prepare reports for leadership and ensure internal controls and regulatory alignment.
• Manage work through a ticketing system; monitor, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets within SLAs and turnaround times.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
