Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a call monitoring environment; able to adapt priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and review operational data to ensure compliance.
• Identify risks and support SOP development and improvements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and reporting.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and document timely updates.
