CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support operations, perform audits, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a liaison among operational teams, leadership, and compliance partners to identify risks and promote process improvements.

You will analyze data, develop SOPs, manage tickets in our ticketing system within SLAs, and prepare reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience and required computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: gather and analyze data, identify and solve problems with urgency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience in adjusting priorities to meet changing requirements and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding IT architecture for phone switches and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM) and ticket systems (Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsabilités

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Audit analytics and documentation review to identify risks and promote process adherence.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective actions.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and turnaround times, updating records accurately.
• Lead special projects and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and improve processes.
