Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory and internal policy adherence. This role acts as a liaison between operations, leadership, and compliance partners, conducting audits and analyzing data to mitigate risks.

You will help develop SOPs, reporting, and training, manage tickets within SLAs, and contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis; ability to ask questions, analyze data and solve problems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience adjusting priorities to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding IT architecture for VoIP/phone systems and call recording solutions (Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Lead special projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements.
