Qualifikationen

• Experience in call monitoring environments and responding to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support audits and monitor operational data for compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and training materials.
• Manage tickets in assigned system, prioritize and resolve within SLAs and TAT.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
