Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations for regulatory adherence and process improvements.

The role conducts audits, analyzes data, investigates concerns, and helps develop SOPs, reporting, and corrective actions while managing tickets within SLAs. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis to identify and solve problems.
• 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to rapidly adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding IT architecture for phone switches and call center tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Audit, review operational data and documentation; investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics, prepare leadership reports and support process improvements.
• Manage work through an assigned ticketing system; meet SLAs and document ticket status.
