Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to monitor operations for policy and regulatory adherence, conduct audits, and support SOP development. The role focuses on data review, issue investigation, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.

You will manage work through a ticketing system, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional partners on projects and KPI reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask the right questions, gather and analyze data.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience adjusting priorities to meet changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for call centers, including VoIP/TDM, and related ticket systems (Nice, Five9, Verint).
