Qualifications

• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• 2 years experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of IT architecture for phone switches, VoIP/TDM, and call recording.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, reporting, training materials, and corrective action plans.
• Manage tickets within SLAs and turnaround times; provide timely updates to leadership.
• Analyze trends and metrics; prepare leadership reports and support process improvements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to support compliance initiatives.
