Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and leaders.
• Minimum 1 year experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience with IT architecture regarding phone systems and call recording solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support audits, data reviews, and compliance investigations; propose improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor tickets within SLAs and update leadership on status.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements.
