Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support operations, run audits, and ensure regulatory adherence. You will manage SOPs, prepare leadership reports, and contribute to process improvements while balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes ticketing system management, SLA tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• 1 year with Microsoft Office Suite and data/documentation tasks.
• 1 year communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year root cause analysis with data gathering and urgency.
• 2 years in a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities and meet changing requirements.
• Understanding of IT phone systems and call recording solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor operations to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Audit processes, review data, investigate concerns and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, and corrective action plans.
• Manage work through a ticketing system within SLAs and TATs.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
