Qualifications

• 1 year of experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask questions, gather data, identify and solve problems with urgency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Experience in adjusting priorities to meet changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT architecture regarding phone switches and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM, Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
• Investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and adherence.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reports, training, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Manage work through a ticketing system, monitor SLAs and maintain timely ticket updates.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
