Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance to support and monitor operations ensuring policy and regulatory adherence. You will audit data, identify risks and aid in process improvements across teams.

The role reinforces SOPs, reporting and training, while managing ticket workflows to meet SLAs and deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, confidential setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates, teams and business leaders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with root cause analysis: identify and solve problems with urgency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience within a call monitoring environment.
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with VoIP/TDM call center phones and related systems (Nice, Five9, Verint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews of operational data and documentation.
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Assist with SOP development, reporting, training and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and manage tickets within SLAs and turnaround times.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
