Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Compliance in Minnesota to support and monitor operations for regulatory and internal policy adherence. You will identify risks, promote process discipline, and drive continuous improvement across teams, with emphasis on audits, SOPs, and data-driven reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with root cause analysis: ask the right questions, gather and analyze data to solve problems.
• 1 year experience communicating with internal/external associates and leaders.
• 1 year experience in a call monitoring environment.
• Experience adjusting priorities to changing business needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with IT architectures relating to phone systems and call recording solutions (VoIP/TDM).

Responsibilities

• Audit and review operational data and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting, training, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Manage tickets in an assigned system, meeting SLAs and turnaround times.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
