Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience in a fast-paced call monitoring environment and ticketing systems.
• Ability to adapt priorities and meet changing business requirements.
• Knowledge of IT architecture for call centers and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor operational processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate compliance concerns and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reporting.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Manage work through a ticketing system within SLAs and turnaround times.
