Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in toxic tort, latent injury, environmental claim and coverage determination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze policies across legacy companies to determine coverage.
• Investigate liability and advise on appropriate course of action.
• Manage claims with strategic file management and interaction with counsel and clients.
• Lead or participate in meetings, negotiations, and training as needed.
• Maintain well-documented claim files and SRG systems compliance.
