Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in toxic tort, latent injury, environmental claim and coverage determination.
• Licensing may be required to comply with state Travelers requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cover research and analysis to determine policy existence and coverage; prepare recommendations and communicate positions.
• Investigate and analyze claim facts to determine liability and advise on appropriate course of action.
• Develop and execute strategic file management, including involvement with counsel and settlements.
• Lead or collaborate in meetings, negotiations and project leadership as needed.
• Estimate financial exposures and maintain defense and indemnity estimates.
• Maintain well-documented claim files and comply with SRG systems and data accuracy requirements.
