Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Sr. Technical Specialist to join the Strategic Resolution Group Claims team in Baltimore.

Under general supervision, you will manage complex toxic tort, latent injury, sexual misconduct, environmental and excess claims with large financial exposures while delivering efficient, high‑quality customer service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of toxic tort, latent injury, environmental claim and coverage experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Research coverage and analyze liabilities across jurisdictions.
