Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead complex compensation initiatives, including job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, and survey participation. The role will manage Executive and International compensation programs, incentive plans, and Workday Extend configurations.

The position requires extensive compensation experience, leadership, and collaboration with HR partners to ensure regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 10 years of compensation experience.
• Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex compensation initiatives across job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews and survey participation.
• Manage Executive Compensation processes and related programs.
• Oversee incentive compensation and Workday Extend configurations and rule-building.
• Mentor and train junior compensation analysts and provide guidance on compensation projects.
• Interface with HR partners to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Analyze market trends to ensure programs are market-competitive and compliant.
• Perform audits of compensation programs and maintain documentation and governance.
