Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across our organization, with a remote work option.

The role focuses on pay-for-performance, salary structure design, and incentive plans to ensure competitive and equitable pay. You will conduct market and job analyses, develop costing, interpret regulatory guidelines, and support internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
• Preferred: healthcare and union environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers compensation programs, including pay for performance and incentive plans.
• Conducts market analysis, job analysis and pay/classification reviews.
• Develops costing and budgeting for compensation recommendations.
• Interprets regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation items.
• Supports policy development for compensation programs and data collection for special projects.
