Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs in a remote role. You will evaluate pay structures, model salary ranges, and develop costing scenarios while ensuring equity and cost effectiveness across a broad health system.

You will perform market analyses, job classifications, and interpretations of wage laws and bargaining agreements to inform policies and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.
• Upon hire: CCP designation

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Providence compensation programs.
• Design and model salary structures and incentive plans.
• Conduct market analysis and job classifications.
• Interpret regulations and collective bargaining agreements for compensation items.
• Prepare costing scenarios and recommendations.
