Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to lead the design, administration and analysis of compensation programs. You will partner with leaders to attract and retain talent across locations and ensure equity through wage classifications and job evaluations.

The role requires deep knowledge of compensation, market research, and regulatory compliance, with strong collaboration across HR partners.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, HRM or related field.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR preferred and encouraged.
4 years HR experience with compensation, job evaluation and compliance.

Responsibilities

Administer direct compensation processing, recording and reporting for salaried and hourly staff.
Create consistent compensation guidelines aligning with philosophy and culture.
Develop and analyze job descriptions and wage grade classifications.
Provide advice to management on pay decisions and policy interpretation.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses and maintain survey data.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
