Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to design, analyze and administer compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structures and incentive plans. This remote role supports Providence St. Joseph Health with research, market analysis and costing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compensation, knowledge of wage and hour laws, and preferably CCP designation. Healthcare experience and union environment exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years compensation experience including data collection and analysis, working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws and exempt classifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation programs and plans.
• Conduct market analyses and costing for pay structures and incentive plans.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements for compensation items.
• Prepare recommendations and support internal policy development for compensation.
