Qualifications

• 5 years Compensation experience including data collection and analysis.
• Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation programs including pay for performance.
• Conduct job analysis, market analysis, pay and classification reviews.
• Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective.
