Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to join its Global Compensation team in the United States.

You will own the end-to-end execution of compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, and equity) and partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and People Tech to design and roll out programs. You will lead AI-enabled workflows, analyze market trends with Radford, Pave, and Compa, and build enablement resources for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 56+ years of compensation experience at a technology company with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience as a compensation business partner to senior leaders.
• Hands-on with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Compa).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, and equity).
• Lead compensation programs from design through rollout with cross-functional partners.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows and build enablement resources.
• Analyze competitive trends using Radford, Pave and Compa to inform design.
• Create managers guides, FAQs, and executive-ready materials on compensation.
• Improve equity operations and employee experience around equity.
