Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join the Global Compensation team in the United States. You will advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations across Engineering, Hardware, and G&A groups.

The role requires 5+ years in compensation at a technology company, proficiency with Workday, and experience with benchmarking tools. You’ll help modernize processes and champion AI-enabled workflows within compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience as a compensation business partner to senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as compensation partner for Engineering and Hardware, Revenue and G&A groups; advise on pay, offers, promotions, evaluations.
Analyze cash, equity, and total rewards trends using benchmarking tools to inform design and pay positioning.
Deliver training materials, calculators, FAQs, manager guides and executive-ready presentations.
Act as AI champion for the team: manage AI-enabled workflows and enable adoption.
