Job summary

Snap Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to support engineering, hardware, revenue and G&A groups. You will advise HRBPs and leaders on pay decisions, promotions, and job evaluations while shaping total rewards programs with data-driven insights.

You’ll analyze competitive trends across cash, equity, and benefits, develop executive-facing materials, and champion AI-enabled compensation workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
• Experience as a compensation business partner to senior leaders.
• Hands-on with HRIS (Workday preferred) and benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Compa).

Responsibilities

• Advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, and promotions.
• Analyze cash, equity, and total rewards to inform program design.
• Develop training materials and executive-ready communications.
• Lead AI-enabled workflow initiatives within the Compensation team.
