Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join the Global Compensation team in California.

This role partners with Engineering, Hardware, Revenue, and G&A groups to advise on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations while advancing AI-enabled compensation workflows. You will analyze trends in cash, equity, and total rewards using market tools, and communicate policy through executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Compa).

Responsibilities

Advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations.
Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards to inform design, benchmarking, and pay positioning recommendations.
Deliver training and communication materials that help leaders understand Snap's compensation philosophy and programs.
Act as an AI champion for the Compensation team, developing AI-enabled workflows and enablement resources.
