Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join its Global Compensation team. You will advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations across Engineering and Hardware / Revenue and G&A.

You will analyze cash, equity, and total rewards, benchmarking trends and design considerations, while delivering training materials and executive-ready communications. You will also champion AI-enabled compensation workflows within the team.

Qualifications

5+ years of compensation experience at a technology company.
Experience serving as a compensation business partner to client groups and/or senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with HRIS (Workday strongly preferred) and market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Pave, Compa)

Responsibilities

Serve as the compensation business partner for assigned client groups, advising HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations.
Analyze competitive trends in cash, equity, and total rewards to inform program design and pay positioning.
Deliver training and communications (calculators, FAQs, manager guides, executive-ready presentations) for leaders and client groups.
Act as an AI champion, project-managing AI-enabled workflows and enablement resources for the team.
