Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or related field.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish using a standard PM lifecycle.
• Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate across internal partners.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven thinker who can tell the story with compensation data (Google Sheets/Slides).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles with key partners.
• Perform ad-hoc compensation analyses and storytelling using tools and data sources.
• Partner with compensation programs & partnerships to support business initiatives.
• Provide operational support for incentive compensation design and related processes.
• Participate in ongoing improvements to compensation program frameworks.
• Serve as SME and educate stakeholders on compensation structures and programs.
• Maintain job architecture catalog in Workday and internal docs.
• Engage with external survey providers to stay current on market trends.
