Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to own mid-year and annual compensation cycles, partnering with the People team to ensure competitive, data-driven rewards.

You’ll manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate market data into actionable insights. You will work with tools like Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave, advising on pay positioning, leveling, and incentive design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and programs.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish using a standard PM lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration across internal teams and partners.
• Proven ability to consult, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Enjoys working with data and telling a story to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Provide compensation analyses and storytelling using tools like Sigma, Radford, and Pave.
• Partner with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team for business initiatives.
• Support the incentive compensation design process and documentation.
• Educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
• Maintain Job Architecture catalog in Workday and team docs.
• Engage with external survey providers to stay market-relevant.
