Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to lead end-to-end compensation cycles.

You will work closely with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team to build, refine, and maintain programs that support Affirm’s reward structure across the Technology and Business functions. You will analyze market data, create insightful presentations, and partner with stakeholders to implement effective compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and programs.
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven storyteller: translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses and storytelling support using tools.
• Partner with teams to support compensation programs across Tech and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design and related processes.
• Maintain standard job architecture in Workday and internal docs.
• Engage with external survey providers to stay aligned with market trends.
