Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience with strong business partner background.
• Proven track record supporting Customer organizations and cyclical compensation programs.
• Experience implementing, administering, and communicating Sales incentive plans and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Customer organization and Leaders.
• Provide data-driven guidance on offers, equity, promotions, retention actions, and out-of-cycle requests.
• Understand incentive plans and collaborate with design teams to assess effectiveness and decisions.
• Own compensation-cycle execution end-to-end, including benchmarking, budgeting, and rollups.
• Lead competitive intelligence for Customer roles and monitor market trends in tech and AI.
• Supplement survey data with recruiting signals and real-time market sources.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Partners on market insights and competitive positioning.
• Analyze compensation programs with data and stakeholder feedback; propose improvements.
