Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Sales organization. This role will support VP and Director-level leaders, and their HRBP partners as the primary day-to-day compensation resource.

You will build and scale compensation programs, incentives, and models, partnering with Sales Operations and Finance to drive pay-for-performance in a fast-moving tech environment, including market benchmarking and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation with sales focus.
• End-to-end ownership of cyclical compensation programs.
• Experience implementing and communicating sales incentive plans.
• Strong understanding of quota, pay mix, accelerators, and plan governance.
• Collaborates with Finance and Sales Operations on budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated compensation partner for the Sales org and leaders.
• Provide data-informed guidance on offers, equity, promotions, and retention.
• Own Sales comp-cycle execution end-to-end, including benchmarking and budgeting.
• Lead competitive intelligence on Sales roles and compensation trends.
• Develop manager enablement materials and compensation training.
