Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Compensation Partner for the Customer organization to advise leaders and HR partners on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention actions, and out-of-cycle requests across Customer Success, Professional Services, and related teams.

You will own compensation-cycle execution, conduct market benchmarking, budget modeling, and lead incentive-analysis while partnering with Finance and Sales Operations to optimize pay structures in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience or related field.
• Experience supporting Customer orgs with end-to-end compensation programs.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Customer organization, supporting leaders and People Partners across Customer Success and related teams.
• Provide data-informed guidance on offers, equity, leveling, promotions, retention actions, and out-of-cycle requests.
• Own compensation-cycle execution end-to-end, including benchmarking, budgeting, manager enablement, and leadership rollups.
• Lead competitive intelligence for Customer roles, researching pay trends and incentive structures.
