SullivanCotter is seeking a seasoned compensation consulting professional to lead engagements and collaborate with health care and not-for-profit clients. You will design programs, analyze data, and present insights to executives while mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes client liaison, governance awareness, and applying best practices in compensation strategy across teams and projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with finance/economics/statistics focus.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business experience.
• Experience with data analysis, financial modeling and compensation programs.

Mansioni

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee team productivity and delegation to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports for client needs.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality and language.
• Act as a client liaison and primary point of contact for questions.
• Guide junior associates as SME and share methodologies.
• Develop tools and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings.
