Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced compensation consultant for a remote, nationwide role. You will manage engagements, lead teams, and deliver data-driven compensation insights to healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

The role emphasizes governance, market benchmarking, and implementing effective compensation programs. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (finance/economics preferred).
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of consulting/business-related experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and monitor status within budget and timeline.
• Oversee team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and client reports with direction from the CRM.
• Review junior associates' deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Act as a client liaison and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and share tools/processes established by the Firm.
• Develop templates and methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives.
