Job summary

SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Executive Workforce Services Practice. You will manage engagements, lead teams, and deliver data-driven compensation analyses and governance guidance for healthcare and nonprofit clients.

You will work with senior colleagues to develop solutions, present findings, and cultivate strong client relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; emphasis in finance/economics/stats/healthcare admin preferred.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of consulting/business experience with data analysis, modeling, program design or compensation administration.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of larger projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee productivity and resource utilization, delegating tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports for client needs.
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy and quality with junior staff.
• Serve as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs and questions.
• Act as SME for junior staff, sharing tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings and understand client initiatives.
