SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct research and pricing for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will analyze data, design compensation programs, and assist in reporting for client delivery teams.

Role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with project teams, and delivering high-quality client experiences. Remote or hybrid work settings are available across multiple states, with focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required)
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities; identify patterns and data issues
• Ability to communicate clearly with project team and audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Demonstrates collaboration and a learning mindset

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and interpret compensation data
• Assist with report and proposal writing and proofing for accuracy
• Support development of client solutions including program design and financial impact
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand initiatives
