Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct benchmarking, market pricing, and data-driven analyses to inform compensation programs for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will work with Excel/PowerPoint to produce client-ready deliverables and support project teams.

Remote or hybrid work settings are available in a national footprint. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, clear communication, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Demonstrate ability to identify data patterns, analyze data, and support client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking with a focus on high-quality client experiences.
• Research and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Assist with report writing, proposals, and ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Support solutions development addressing client issues and implementation considerations.
