SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct market research and benchmark compensation for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. You will gather data, perform financial modeling, and prepare client-ready reports with a laser focus on quality and accuracy.

The role supports remote or hybrid work settings, requiring strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and clear communication. A BA in business and 2+ years of experience are preferred, with base pay ranging from $77,700 to $116,500

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to: Identify, compile, analyze and organize data using a logical and systematic process; Recognize patterns and issues in data sets; Proactively seek guidance to determine solutions; Work under pressure with changing priorities
• Ability to clearly communicate with the project team and tailor communications to the audience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work under tight deadlines; work independently or in a team; demonstrate collaboration and continuous learning

Responsabilités

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles
• Market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling and special research projects
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analysis and results; proofread for accuracy
• Support the project team in developing solutions including program design and implementation considerations
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings
