Formación

• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication with teams and clients.

• Conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking for clients.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses and modeling.
• Assist with proposals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clear summaries.
• Support client delivery teams and address client inquiries promptly.
• Contribute to project design options and evaluate financial impact.
