SullivanCotter, a healthcare and not-for-profit consulting leader, seeks a qualified analyst to conduct compensation analyses and benchmark job levels. You will help design and evaluate total compensation programs with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities include researching data, pricing positions, supporting reports, and working with the delivery team to address client needs in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• 2+ years of experience involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct industry and client-specific research, including financial information and compensation data.
• Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles.
• Assist with market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses and financial modeling.
• Help prepare reports and proposals describing objectives, methodologies, analyses and results.
• Support deliverables with client communication and project team collaboration.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to align on initiatives.
