SullivanCotter in the United States is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking, and design total compensation programs with a client-centric, data-driven approach. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work and actionable insights for healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

You will research market pricing, support peer group selection, survey analyses, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate analyses and compelling proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify, compile, analyze and organize data.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance, with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine compensation level and job title/reporting level for positions.
• Conduct market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling and special research projects, with guidance.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results as well as proofreading for accuracy.
• Support the project team in developing solutions addressing client issues including program design, financial impact and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand team and client initiatives.
