SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced compensation consultant to manage engagements and lead executive compensation initiatives for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will guide analytics, design programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for mission-driven organizations.

Remote role with national scope; strong emphasis on data analysis, modeling, and client communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or healthcare administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking and the ability to direct analysis of complex data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets, monitoring status and maintaining timelines.
• Oversee productivity and resource utilization, delegating tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs with guidance from the relationship manager.
• Oversee junior team deliverables for technical accuracy and quality.
• Act as a key client liaison, building relationships and addressing client questions.
• Serve as SME for junior associates, sharing methodologies and tools to guide analytics and data collection.
• Develop and implement tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to understand client initiatives.
