Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Compensation Analyst to participate in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies in alignment with strategy to ensure programs and practices are market competitive and legally compliant.

Co-lead large compensation projects and lead small to mid-size compensation initiatives. You will provide compensation consultation, support annual merit/bonus cycles, and maintain market data with HR partners and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HR background preferred.
• 3+ years of compensation analyst experience.
• Proven track record of leading projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in HR.
• Familiarity with job evaluation, salary surveys and total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer broad-based compensation programs and policies.
• Provide compensation consultation to HR partners and leaders.
• Lead analytics, testing, and administration of merit, bonus, and salary structures.
• Maintain market data and participate in salary surveys.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Technology on compensation processes.
