Job summary

Option Care Health is a leading home and alternate site infusion services provider in the United States. The Compensation Analyst will help develop and administer compensation programs aligned with strategy, ensure market competitiveness, and lead compensation projects from start to finish.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluations. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and at least 3 years of compensation experience.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in HR.
• Familiarity with wage and hour laws and job evaluation techniques.
• Experience with salary surveys, market data, and total rewards concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Travel involvement is minimal (less than 10%).

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and administration of broad-based compensation programs and policies.
• Provide compensation consultation to HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Lead analytics, testing, and administration of merit, bonus cycle, salary structure, and incentives.
• Maintain compensation market data and participate in salary surveys.
• Conduct job evaluations.
• Own administration of on-call, shift differential, and special bonus programs.
• Partner with talent acquisition to review and recommend compensation changes.
• Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure data integrity in HRIS.
• Develop compensation communication materials.
