Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is a growing home infusion provider seeking a Compensation Analyst II to help develop and administer financial reward programs. You will work with HR and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliance.

The role leads pieces of analytics, tests, and administration for annual merit cycles, salary structures, and incentives, while maintaining market data and surveys. Travel is minimal; a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or Economics and 1 year of compensation analyst experience.
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in HR and wage/hour laws.
• Experience with job evaluation techniques, salary surveys, and total rewards concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and administration of broad-based compensation programs.
• Provide compensation consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Lead analytics for merit, bonus cycle, salary structure, and incentives.
• Maintain compensation market data and participate in salary surveys.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Technology on compensation processes.
