Job summary

The Scion Group seeking a General Manager for dual-site properties in Statesboro, GA. You will lead operations, staffing, and financial performance to deliver strong property performance in a fast-paced student-living environment.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other departments to attract, develop and retain top talent, while ensuring excellent resident experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and conflict resolution skills.
• Vendor management and confidentiality for sensitive information.
• Customer-centric mindset with leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing living communities and a 3+ member team.
• Proficient in property management systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead staff through Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Schedule staffing and manage after-hours on-call coverage.
• Improve employee experience through data and team-building.
• Oversee property administration, policies, and emergencies.
• Coordinate vendor management and contract administration.
• Conduct quarterly inspections and identify improvements.
• Lead annual turnover planning and execution.
• Forecast budgets and manage operating expenses.
• Drive customer experience and revenue targets.
