Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management while ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

Regular on-site attendance is required, with responsibilities including budgeting, staffing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize net operating income through effective cost control and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years experience in housing industry; or equivalent combo.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, admin and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and NOI goals.
• Handle resident concerns, complaints, and retention initiatives.
